Learning Providers Payroll Info
Getting paid for your learning provider services is easy. You will be sent an email from our provider liaison and instructions from Paychex the week prior to a payroll run and after you have a paid appointment.
You do not need to reach out to us, we will automatically reach out to you. You can set up direct deposit through your Paychex account using the instructions we will send to you.
Learning Aid Ohio payroll is run approximately every 2 weeks. Your pay will be deposited into your bank account 48 hours after payroll is run, unless interrupted by bank holidays or weekends.
Please check the learning provider guide for the dates that payroll is run each quarter.
